DN33768 on E3?! Now I call that an odd working.

Now everybody knows that there has been some recent additions at Greenford garage. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's 92's new DN's. Now there are 2 batches of DN's at Greenford as of September 2012, plus LK08 FNE which transferred to Greenford from Dagenham.

The 09reg plated DN's at Greenford are for the two routes E1 and E3 which are on Euro 4 standards, with the SN12/SN62, which are on Euro 5, for the 92 knocking out the old VNZ's. Although on 31st January 2013, I caught SN12 EHV/DN33768 on the E3.

I have to say, these buses are amazing and sound better than the worn-out 09reg on E3 (Except for DN33589). There has been a number of occasions where even the 62reg ones get onto the E3, like SN62 AAF on Monday 7th January.

Sorry for not getting many photos and no photo of the front of the bus! Enjoy the rest of the post!

  1. I've seen more 92 batch buses on the E3 nowadays, and been on some. Where was the observation taken? (I've been on one at Chiswick and between Northfields and Acton so far.)
